Okay, so we all know that I am a total sucker for high school sweethearts but these two take the cake! Except that they have been together for longer… They have been together since 8th grade!! I first met them on a prom shoot a few years ago and was instantly drawn to them… and for good reason. Come to find out that they had baby Bridger when they were in their first years of high school together and were still so very much in love. (Of course, the hopeless romantic behind the camera was drawn to this couple.) Fast forward to their last year in high school, I had the privilege of photographing Jayce’s family for various reasons and I was lucky enough to get to know everyone on a personal level. I found out more and more about this incredible couple every time I was around them and they still amaze me every time I see them. To see such a strong foundation for their perfect little family and sticking through it, through what I can only imagine was a difficult and humbling time in their lives together, just amazes me beyond words.
Their big day was originally planned for Glacier Raft Company, but two weeks before their wedding, they made the decision to move their venue to Grouse Mountain Lodge due to the forest fires up in Glacier Park! Grouse Mountain’s views did not disappoint! Kaity got her perfect fall wedding day with just the right amount of that gorgeous color and surrounded by their childhood friends and such amazing supportive family members, they, after seven years together, officially tied the knot and became the Fagerlands.
