Justin & Kiersta tied the knot at the Grouse Mountain Lodge a couple of weekends ago on one of the most beautiful fall Montana afternoons we have ever had! This season is always popular for weddings and this year, we could especially see why! After a week of rain, the smoke cleared and the blue sky opened up for this amazing couple to stand together in front of family and friends and promise each other forever.

What was really fun about getting to be a part of the Best Day for Justin & Kiersta was the fact that I got to be a part of the “Yes Day”! Who could forget about that??

I have known Justin since we were a couple of kids in high school. He has always been one of my most favorite friends. When he met Kiersta, we all kind of knew that she was the one for him. She is one of the sweetest and kindest people I have ever met! She has a smile that literally lights up a room and she brings out the best in whoever she is around! I love that these two have such a respect for one another and also have that cheesy love story kind of love. They never take each other too seriously and always find ways to be silly and lighthearted.

One of my favorite parts of the day was watching Justin watch Kiersta walking down the aisle. The way that he looks at her is how every girl dreams her husband will look at her one day. Another favorite moment was Jason’s best man toast. Having been friends with both Jason & Justin for so long, it was just the best. He had everyone in the room laughing! Also, During Mandi’s speech, she brought up babies, and the look on Justin’s face was priceless.

From the details of Kiersta’s stunning bouquet to the moments at the end of the night on the dance floor… everything about this day was so perfectly Justin & Kiersta. It was truly an honor to have been your photographer. I know I say that about all of my couples, but I mean it when I tell you that I am so stinking happy you guys picked me and trusted me on such an important day in your lives together!
