It’s always fun to shoot a wedding when you know some of the guests, but it’s even more fun when a KJP Bride is the Maid of Honor and is a part of the bridal party! I am the lucky photographer who got to photograph each of these two best friend’s gorgeous Big Mountain weddings and I must say, I absolutely loved being a part of not one, but two special days!  Although the fires took over our valley, yet again, it was not going to get in the way of Ashley & Doug’s dream wedding day from beginning to end.

You guys will see in the photos, but to describe Ashley & Doug as a couple, I would say that there probably aren’t two people more perfect for one another and so stinking lucky to have found each other.  Since their downtown Whitefish engagement session last winter, I have been following along with them on Facebook and they are building such a fun life together!

It was such an honor to capture their love.  I can’t wait for you to see! The red dresses, the sunflowers in those gorgeous bouquets, (that the bride & bridesmaids made themselves, I might add!) the crazy smoke that actually turned out to be kind of dreamy to the trail mix bar!! that was a first for us… Your day was amazing!  Congratulations!
